Chicken

  • Β½ lb boneless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Β½ cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Prepare chicken:

    • Pat chicken dry with paper towels
    • Season with salt and pepper on both sides
  2. Set up dredging station:

    • Bowl 1: 1 beaten egg
    • Bowl 2: Mix Panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper
  3. Bread the chicken:

    • Dip chicken in egg, then press firmly into breadcrumb-Parmesan mix to coat well on both sides
